A good idea is to check with your private insurance company before your appointment.

Some questions you may want to ask;

“Can my therapist’s clinic direct bill you on my behalf?”

“Do I need a Doctors referral to use my coverage?”

“How much coverage do I have and at what percent am I covered?”

Make sure to have your health plan ID and referral with you on your first appointment if needed!
